We are looking for a Flexi Bank - Assistant Chef

Our Assistant Chef will assist with the service and provision of food to all users of Hospice catering services and deliver a high level of customer care.

You will possess a passion for food, delivering a high standard of quality meals to patients, families and staff.

Integrity, discretion and the ability to communicate sensitively will be qualities that come easily to you.

You should have already have a minimum of two years’ experience within the hospitality field and hold relevant qualifications at this level, e.g. NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery, Food and Beverage Service and have a knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.

You will need to be flexible in your approach and will be required to cover work shifts including evenings and weekends on an adhoc, as required basis.

Sometimes other priorities must be delivered as well – your ability to multi-task is key to being successful in this role.
